Casada saw the light of day in 2000 in Paderborn, Germany. What started as a small, passionate enterprise grew into an international brand in massage, wellness, and fitness. Today, we are active in more than 38 countries across four continents.
For over 10 years, Casada has also been firmly rooted in the Benelux and France. From our local organization, we build bridges between Casada's international expertise and the personal service that customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and France expect.

The daily management of Casada Benelux-France is in the hands of managing director Joeri Roose. From Flanders, he bridges the gap between Casada's international vision and the specific needs of the local market.
Together with an experienced and dedicated team, we ensure that customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and France can count on reliable service and expert advice. They are the face of Casada in the region: close, approachable, and committed.
And if you look closely, you'll see that Casada also has a touch of family. The next generation is already on the work floor: son Alexeï helps with deliveries and is gradually growing into the business. And Andrei is not to be outdone. As our youngest mascot, he loves to come along and – with a big smile and a small hand – sometimes lends a hand. A wink to the future of Casada.
Joeri Roose
Joeri is the CEO of Casada Benelux-France. Driven, entrepreneurial, and always on the move, he continues to build the company with great energy. He brings that same energy outside of work hours: as a ringside announcer in the boxing world, he feels completely at home around the ring. At home, his biggest team awaits: a family with five children. As an active and playful dad, he loves shared experiences, having fun, and an occasional large dose of adventure.

Nathalie Notte
Nathalie is the driving force behind marketing and sales at Casada Benelux-France. She translates Casada's ambitions into market presence, ensuring the brand is seen and felt in the right way. From marketing and communication to organizing trade shows, events, pop-up shops, and presence in shopping centers: Nathalie ensures that ideas truly come to life.
With a combination of creativity, commercial insight, and organizational talent, she safeguards Casada's image and constantly seeks new ways to introduce customers to the brand. She enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously and effortlessly switches between planning, organizing, and execution.
With five children, she knows better than anyone what organizing, switching gears, and forward-thinking entail – talents that are also very useful professionally. Outside of Casada, she loves Italian cuisine, enjoys staying active, and in her free time, she resolutely chooses adventure, travel, and beautiful moments with her family.
Creative, driven, and always busy turning an idea into something tangible.
Alexei Roose
Alexei is a true all-rounder at Casada Benelux-France. You'll primarily find him in our deliveries department, where he helps ensure that massage chairs safely and smoothly reach their new homes. But he also gladly lends a hand to support the sales team during busy periods.
In addition, Alexei is pursuing a technical field of study, knowledge that he also applies in practice at Casada. He is being fully trained to take on more and more of the assembly, technical support, and repairs of our massage chairs.
Sitting still is definitely not for him: in his free time, he practices karate and calisthenics, and he can regularly be found at the gym. At home, he is also an active and playful older brother, who simultaneously carefully watches over his younger brothers.
Energetic, helpful, and always ready to jump in where needed.
Wannes Penninck
Wannes is our enthusiastic student colleague at Casada Benelux-France who helps ensure our massage chairs reach their new homes. He has been involved with deliveries for quite some time and brings our chairs to customers with the necessary care. Since this summer, he has also shown another side of himself, admirably strengthening the sales team in our pop-up shop in Sluis. Enthusiastic, cheerful, and always ready to roll up his sleeves. Outside of Casada, you can often find Wannes on the American Football field, where he can fully unleash his energy and team spirit.
Ingrid Sartiau
As a salesperson at Casada Benelux-France, Ingrid brings a unique combination of calm and enthusiasm. She enjoys taking her time with people, listening to what they are looking for, and gently guiding customers to the massage chair that best suits them. No hard selling, but personal attention, good conversation, and genuine involvement – precisely the approach where Ingrid can truly be herself.
In addition to her work at Casada, Ingrid has a distinctly creative side and is actively involved in art. But perhaps her most beautiful role is that of "Mammie" to her grandchildren, who hold a very special place in her heart.
Animals also play a significant part in her life. At home, she is surrounded by her dogs, a parrot, and a small herd of miniature horses. A warm and colorful home life that perfectly suits her.
Calm, warm, and genuinely involved – but always with a good dose of enthusiasm.
Aude Marti
Aude is an enthusiastic salesperson at Casada Benelux-France, where personal contact and helping customers are right up her alley. In addition, she works at her husband's physiotherapy practice and combines both jobs with an equally active role at home. With two children who love to demand their share of her time, her schedule is packed. Fortunately, Aude feels her best when things are on the move.
Andrei Roose
Andrei also loves to contribute to the Casada story with his tiny hands. Together with his older brother Alexei, he helps out wherever he can and takes his tasks very seriously.
His core responsibilities include important tasks such as carrying a cable, handing the manual to the customer, and of course, keeping a close eye on whether everything is going as it should.
But his absolute favorite job at Casada? That's undoubtedly testing our massage chairs. No chair escapes his thorough quality control – preferably from the most comfortable position.
Small in stature, big in enthusiasm, and already a true Casada team player.
