Casada saw the light of day in 2000 in Paderborn, Germany. What started as a small, passionate enterprise grew into an international brand in massage, wellness, and fitness. Today, we are active in more than 38 countries across four continents.

The daily management of Casada Benelux-France is in the hands of managing director Joeri Roose. From Flanders, he bridges the gap between Casada's international vision and the specific needs of the local market.
Together with an experienced and dedicated team, we ensure that customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and France can count on reliable service and expert advice. They are the face of Casada in the region: close, approachable, and committed.
And if you look closely, you'll see that Casada also has a touch of family. The next generation is already on the work floor: son Alexeï helps with deliveries and is gradually growing into the business. And Andrei is not to be outdone. As our youngest mascot, he loves to come along and – with a big smile and a small hand – sometimes lends a hand. A wink to the future of Casada.
Joeri Roose
As CEO, Joeri is at the helm of Casada Benelux-France. Driven, entrepreneurial and always on the move, he continues to build the company with great energy. He brings the same energy outside working hours: as a ringspeaker in the boxing world, he feels completely at home around the ring. At home, his biggest team awaits: a family with five children. As an active and playful dad, he loves experiencing things together, having fun, and occasionally a good dose of adventure.

Nathalie Notte
Nathalie is the driving force behind marketing and sales at Casada Benelux-France. With a strong focus on strategy, growth, and people-oriented entrepreneurship, she contributes daily to the further development of the company. With five children, she knows better than anyone what it means to organize, adapt, and think ahead. She loves Italian cuisine, enjoys staying active, and in her free time, she resolutely chooses adventure with her family.
Alexei Roose
Alexei is a true all-rounder at Casada Benelux-France. You'll primarily find him involved in our deliveries, where he helps ensure massage chairs safely and smoothly reach their new homes. But during busy periods, he's also happy to jump in and support the sales team. Standing still is not in his nature anyway: in his free time, he practices karate and can regularly be found at the gym. At home, he's also an active and playful older brother, who simultaneously watches over his younger brothers with care. Energetic, helpful, and always ready to jump in where needed.
Wannes Penninck
At Casada Benelux-France, Wannes helps ensure that our massage chairs reach their new home. He has been involved in **deliveries** for quite some time, carefully bringing our chairs to customers. Since this summer, he has also shown another side of himself, enthusiastically strengthening the **sales team** in our pop-up shop in Sluis. Enthusiastic, good-humored, and always ready to roll up his sleeves. Outside of Casada, you can often find Wannes on the rugby field, where he can fully express his energy and team spirit.
Ingrid Sartiau
As a salesperson at Casada Benelux-France, Ingrid brings a unique combination of calmness and enthusiasm. She enjoys taking her time with people, listening, and guiding customers in her own calm way – without ever losing her enthusiasm. In addition to her work at Casada, she has a creative side and is actively involved in art. Animals also hold a special place in her life. At home, she is surrounded by her dogs, a parrot, and a small herd of horses, among others. A colorful home world that perfectly matches her warm personality.
Aude Marti
Aude is an enthusiastic salesperson at Casada Benelux-France, where personal contact and helping customers are right up her alley. In addition, she works at her husband's physiotherapy practice and combines both jobs with an equally active role at home. With two children who love to demand their share of her time, her schedule is packed. Fortunately, Aude feels her best when things are on the move.
Andrei Roose
Ook Andrei draagt met zijn kleine handjes graag zijn steentje bij aan het Casada-verhaal. Samen met zijn grote broer Alexei helpt hij waar hij kan en neemt hij zijn taken bijzonder serieus.
Tot zijn kerntakenpakket behoren belangrijke opdrachten zoals het dragen van een kabel, het overhandigen van de handleiding aan de klant en natuurlijk goed in de gaten houden of alles verloopt zoals het hoort.
Maar zijn absolute lievelingsjob binnen Casada? Dat is zonder twijfel het testen van onze massagestoelen. Geen stoel ontsnapt aan zijn grondige kwaliteitscontrole – liefst vanuit de meest comfortabele positie.
